URC is fully aware of the Vietnam's Ministry of Health (MOH) ruling to recall one batch of C2 Lemon 350 ml (manufactured Feb 4, 2016) and one batch of Rong Do cup 240 ml (manufactured Nov 10, 2015), produced in URC Hanoi, one of its four facilities in the country. The rest of the URC products in Vietnam are not affected.

We are highly supportive of URC Vietnam's immediate and active retrieval of the specified products batches and desire to cooperate with the Vietnam MOH. URC is also fully aligned with the health authorities' mandate to protect consumers.

URC Vietnam has likewise proposed to the Vietnam MOH proactive measures including alignment on a common testing protocol and regular monitoring/checks of its products at its production site by the MOH itself.

URC is confident these measures will help the authorities in the exercise of their mandate.
